Our A.I.M. Program
The A.I.M. Program has three steps designed to help women gain economic independence, form healthy relationships, stabilize their families, and build a strong faith.
When a woman first enters our program, we Assist her in meeting her basic needs for clothing, food, shelter, and transportation. Often the transition out of an abusive relationship can be overwhelming. Our aim is to remove obstacles to economic independence that might cause a woman to return to an abusive relationship.
In the second step, our aim is to Invest in the emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual well-being of the women we serve. Through this process, we are walking with women from a place of crisis to a place where they can begin to form healthy relationships and stabilize their families.
Finally, in the third step we Mentor women to consistently put into practice the skills they have learned. We also encourage women to develop their own faith and affirm their own beliefs about God, themselves, and others.
