Assist, Invest, and Mentor
Our A.I.M. model — Assist, Invest, and Mentor — is the pathway that turns our four empowerment goals into reality. To Assist means we help survivors stabilize their families and create the safety needed for healing. To Invest means we build the skills and opportunities that lead to economic independence and long-term stability. To Mentor means we walk alongside survivors as they develop healthy relationships and strengthen their faith. Together, A.I.M. ensures that every survivor has both the support and the structure to rebuild a thriving future.
The Impact of A.I.M.

Assistance leads to family safety and stability.

Women in crisis are able to achieve a sense of stability when their basic needs are met. As a result, women are not forced to choose between safety and providing for their family's needs. They can find stability in knowing we are here to assist with their basic needs.

Investing is about opportunities, resources, and developing skills that drive economic independence.

Clients benefit from our investment by consistently obtaining and maintaining employment, increasing income, and building financial literacy. The result is a sense of confidence a woman has in her ability to meet her financial obligations and care for herself and her children.

Mentoring means accountability, discipleship, listening, modeling healthy relationships, and offering long-term relational support.

When a woman has someone who demonstrates genuine care, compassion, and a willingness to listen and share without judgment, she feels validated and seen. The result is women who grow in faith and hope as they move toward healing, with a renewed assurance of their identity in Christ.

Every woman’s journey is unique, but no woman should have to walk it alone.
Through our A.I.M. service model, we offer steady support, practical tools, and trusted relationships that open the door to lasting transformation. When survivors are empowered to pursue stability, independence, healthy relationships, and strong faith, entire families and communities are changed.
